What is the Better Health Hub?

The Better Health Hub is available to all who work and live in Ayrshire and Arran.

The hub provides support and information on a wide range of aspects that can affect health and wellbeing. We can also signpost you to community services that offer further help.

Having the right information at the right time is essential. We can help you find the information you need whether you are:

  • newly diagnosed
  • living with a long-term condition
  • caring for someone
  • visiting someone
  • a member of staff

We offer a friendly confidential space where you can:

  • take the time to ask questions
  • get support and information about your health

Our team are here to listen, help and support you to take positive steps to improve your health and wellbeing. If we cannot answer your questions, we will find someone who can.

We can signpost and provide information of on a wide range of aspects that can impact your health and wellbeing, including:
