Here you will find all of the information you need relating to the course. Please read the relevant topic before attending each session.

This programme differs from the over-simplified and out-of-date message of ‘eat less, move more’. It will give you information and strategies to help you make small, gradual lifestyle changes that you can keep up. These changes will improve your health and wellbeing, and in turn help you manage your weight.

These webpages will give you a preview of the different topics we will discuss in the programme. Each session listed below corresponds with each of the programme sessions. This will help you get more out of the discussions.

Tips for getting the most out of the programme

Try your best to be on time. Inform us if you are going to be late or are unable to attend. We understand that life can get in the way.
