Wellbeing support

Winter can bring additional challenges for our health and wellbeing. Shorter days, colder weather, seasonal illnesses, caring responsibilities and increased pressures at home or work can all have an impact on how we feel.

Whether you’re looking for ways to support your mental wellbeing, stay active, connect with others, access help and advice, or find local activities and services, we’re here to help.

We’ve brought together trusted health and wellbeing information, practical advice, local services, support organisations and community opportunities from across Ayrshire and Arran to help you stay healthy, well and connected this winter.
