Rainbow house is the child development centre in NHS Ayrshire & Arran and provides community paediatric services to the whole of Ayrshire. It provides a family centred approach to the long term care for children with developmental problems for Ayrshire and Arran. This includes caring for their health needs and coordinating care with the multiagency teams from health, education, and social work.
Within Rainbow House there are several teams;

- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapy
- Psychology
We work closely alongside; speech and language therapy, dieticians and acute services within health.
