Consultant Nurse Cardiac Care

Caring for individuals with cardiac problems has been my focus for nearly 40 years. I have been particularly focused on developing services that provide individuals with the knowledge, support and care they need to reach their full potential. As part of that I have developed a team that has a wide range of advanced skills. My focus outside of work is swimming, travel, and family history.

Rehabilitation has been a passion of mine for many years, I love seeing Ayrshire people build their confidence back up and make changes to live healthier lives. I want to shape and be part of a service that has a range of staff skills so more people can benefit from our approach and expertise. Outside work I like cycling and a good cup of tea.
