Andy’s Man Club
Andy’s Man Club are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. Local groups can be found in Ayr and Kilmarnock and take place every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays).

Three Sixty (formally Ayr Action for Mental Health)
Three Sixty is a mental health charity, based in Ayr, formed in 1987 delivering support services to individuals aged 16 and over, who are affected by mental ill health.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, overthinking, working from home, bereavement, family issues or money worries. Whatever it is that’s impacting on your life, your work and your health, our groups are here every week to offer you the chance to talk with others in a safe, caring environment. Home of Andy’s Man Club Ayr and there is also a woman’s group every Wednesday at 6pm.
