Return NHS-provided home equipment and aids you no longer need
If you have equipment or aids that were provided to help you at home, for example items used in the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or living room, please return them when you no longer need them. Returned equipment is cleaned, checked and safely used to support others.
If you have equipment labelled ‘NHS‘, such as commodes or beds, please call 01292 885999 to contact the Ailsa Equipment Stores and arrange a drop off or collection.
Occupational Therapy equipment returns
You may also have other equipment provided by Occupational Therapy that is not labelled ‘NHS’. This may include items such as:
- shower boards
- stools or chairs
- raised toilet seats
- toilet frames
- kitchen trolleys
- perching stools
If you no longer require this equipment, please contact your local equipment store to arrange collection or drop off using the contact details below.
