Centre for Clinical Interventions, Australia – Contains self-help worksheets and booklets on topics such as poor body image, low self-esteem, self-compassion and assertiveness.

Sleepio – free app providing information and tools for the management of poor sleep.
Calm – provides guided meditations, sleep stories, breathing programs, and relaxing music.
Headspace – provides guided meditations, stress-relieving exercises, sleep sounds and coaching.
