Santa’s special delivery

  • by
Baby Blair Logan

On his way back to the North Pole, Santa Claus popped in to the Ayrshire Maternity Unit to make some special deliveries.

Ayrshire’s newest resident arrived at 00.52am, and is a baby boy for Laura and Andrew Logan from Kilmarnock.

Little Blair Logan weighed in at 9lb 4.5oz, and is a little brother to three-year-old Freya.

Blair was delivered by Senior Charge Midwife, Lillias Love. Lillias is due to retire soon, and so Blair was her last Christmas baby. We wish you well in your retirement.

Next to arrive was Thomas Grant-McLeod, a son for Zaya McMillan-Grant and Ross McLeod from Darvel. Thomas was born at 10.51am and weighed in at 10lb 9oz.

Merry Christmas from all at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. Welcome to the world!
