Do you live with a neurological condition such as MS, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, Huntington’s or brain injury and access care and support services in Ayrshire – either in your own home, in the community or through specialist neuro support services?
We’re running a short survey to gather your thoughts on the care and support you receive.
The results will help to shape improvements and future services, as well as ensuring we are meeting the national General Standards for Neurological Care and Support.
The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Staff survey
An additional survey for staff who work in services that provide support to anyone with a neurological condition can also be completed online.
This is not limited to staff specifically working in neurology or neurological rehabilitation, but can include services such as:
- Care at Home
- community or inpatient mental health
- paediatrics
- drug and alcohol services
- Third Sector organisations
- care homes
