Free NHS Stop Smoking Support Available to Help You Quit Your Way

Residents of Ayrshire and Arran who want to stop smoking are being encouraged to seek support from NHS Ayrshire & Arran’s Quit Your Way service which has supported more than 15,400 people in Ayrshire and Arran remain smoke-free at 12-weeks over the last 20 years. 

As No Smoking Day approaches on Wednesday 11 March 2026, Quit Your Way wants to raise awareness of the wide range free support options available, including face‑to‑face and telephone appointments, drop‑in sessions and video consultations. These all play a vital role in ensuring people across Ayrshire and Arran have access to free, local, and specialist stop‑smoking support to help people stop smoking and stay stopped.
