NHS Ayrshire & Arran’s Diabetes Managed Clinical Network (MCN) is pleased to be hosting its annual Diabetes Patient Conference again this year.
Local people who have diabetes, or anyone who is affected by the condition, are welcome to attend the event in the Alexander Fleming Education Centre, University Hospital Crosshouse on Saturday 11 May 2024 from 10am until 2pm, registration is from 9.30am.
Laura-Jane Truesdale, Diabetes MCN Manager explains: “We are delighted to be able to host the conference again this year.
“This event will give local people the opportunity to speak to professionals and learn more about diabetes from the presentations and information stands. If you have diabetes, it’s an opportunity for you to meet other people living with diabetes and also to give you a greater understanding of the services and support available to you in Ayrshire and Arran.”
