What to expect
The event will include:
- A presentation from our Chief Executive and senior leadership team
- Highlights of key achievements and areas for improvement over the past year
- A Question & Answer (Q&A) session with the Board Chair and Chief Executive
Your opportunity to ask a question
If you have received care from NHS Ayrshire & Arran in the past 12 months and would like to ask a question about your experience, we’d love to hear from you.
You can attend the Annual Review in person to ask your question or send your question to us ahead of the event using the link below.
You can also submit your question by email to aa.planningteam@aapct.scot.nhs.uk
Please submit your question by 12:00 noon on Friday 8 October 2025.
Questions will be reviewed ahead of the event, and responses will be provided during the Q&A session where possible.
Questions unanswered on the day will receive a written response following the event.
What kind of questions can I ask?
We welcome questions that reflect your experiences or observations from the past 12 months. These help us understand what’s working well, where improvements might be needed, and what matters most to you.
Here are some things to think about when considering your question:
- What improvements have you noticed in your care or services?
- What challenges did you face when accessing or receiving care?
- What would you like to understand better about how services are delivered?
- Was there a moment where you felt particularly supported or listened to?
- Have you experienced delays or difficulties in accessing appointments or treatments?
- Do you have suggestions for how communication with patients could be improved?
- How well do you feel your needs were understood and met by staff?
- Is there something you think NHS Ayrshire & Arran could do differently to improve patient experience?
