Attending our Board Meetings
The Ayrshire and Arran Board meets every two months. In response to the easing of Coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions the Board meetings are currently being held with a hybrid approach using Microsoft Teams. This enables a limited number of Board Members to attend physically whilst continuing to protect the health and wellbeing of those who attend our meeting.
Any member of the public may observe the Board meetings using Microsoft Teams by emailing the Head of Corporate Governance at aa-uhb.ceo@aapct.scot.nhs.uk. Joining instructions and a link will be sent to you.
In order to join the meeting you will require a smart phone or device, with the Microsoft Teams app. This app is free and does not require an account.
The agenda, minutes and papers for NHS Ayrshire & Arran Board meetings will be published on the Wednesday before the meeting.
