Attending our Board meetings
Board meetings are held every two months, either in person or as a hybrid model using Microsoft Teams.
Board meetings are ‘meetings held in public’, which means that members of the public and media representatives are invited to attend for the purpose of observing proceedings. Observers do not have the opportunity to speak or participate during the meeting. No video, audio recording or photography is permitted.
If you wish to join the next Board meeting as a public observer, please email: aa-uhb.ceo@aapct.scot.nhs.uk for information on the next meeting.
Requests from the public to observe a Board meeting should ideally be received prior to 12 noon on the Friday before the meeting, in order for location information and joining instructions to be sent to attendees.
