David Stonehouse joined NHS Ayrshire & Arran as Interim Director of Finance in February 2026.
David has over 30 years of NHS experience, with over 20 years at Director level in England. For the last few years he has worked within the acute sector, most recently Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
