The annual programme of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) re-inspections are due to commence in January 2025.
NHS Ayrshire and Arran continues to work with NHS Scotland Assure on the development of a national Phase 2 RAAC inspection programme across NHS Scotland Estates and has representation on both national steering and technical groups related to the management of RAAC.
