NHS Ayrshire & Arran’s Ministerial Annual Review will take place on Monday 7 December 2026 at University Hospital Crosshouse.
The Ministerial Annual Review is an opportunity to hear how we are performing, what we have achieved, and the challenges we are working to address. It will be led by Alison Thewliss MSP, Minister for Community Care.
Your opportunity to meet with the Minister and ask a question about your experience
As part of the Review, the Minister will meet with a group of patients/carers to provide them with an opportunity to share their views and ask questions based on their direct experience of NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
This meeting will take place at University Hospital Crosshouse on Monday 7 December 2026 and you can attend in-person or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
If you have been a patient of NHS Ayrshire & Arran in the last 12 months, or you are a carer or a relative of someone who is, then we would love you to join us to tell us about your experience. Some things you might want to think about are:
- What improvements you have noticed in our care or services
- What challenges you might have faced when accessing or receiving care
- What would you like to understand better about how services are delivered
- A moment where you felt particularly supported or listened to
- Suggestions on how communication with patients could be improved
- How well you feel your needs were understood and met by staff
- Something you think NHS Ayrshire & Arran could do differently to improve patient experience
