(Formerly known as Computerised CBT)
The NHS Ayrshire & Arran Digital Therapies Team provides a range of online interventions designed to support people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties across all three Health & Social Care Partnerships (North, South and East Ayrshire).
We offer two types of digital support:
- Self-help programmes – accessible directly without a referral.
- Clinician-supported programmes – available through a referral from a GP or other healthcare professional
How Digital Therapies Work
Our digital therapies are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people understand and manage their mental health. The programmes guide users through structured modules that teach practical skills for coping with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, and stress.
Digital therapies can be completed at your own pace from home, making it a flexible and accessible way to learn helpful strategies and improve overall mental wellbeing.
