Mentally Healthy Workplace Training for Managers
Line managers have a key role in creating a supportive and mentally healthy work environment.
This training provides practical tools, lived examples, and effective approaches to help managers support staff experiencing mental health challenges. It also encourages the sharing of good practice through open discussion with managers from other organisations, helping to build confidence and strengthen workplace wellbeing.
Social Isolation and Loneliness Awareness Training
This course highlights the impact that social isolation and loneliness can have on staff wellbeing. It helps participants understand and explore how these issues affect individuals in the workplace and provides practical strategies and tips for creating a more connected, inclusive, and supportive work culture.
Offered as a two hour course, online or in person.
Time, Space, Compassion
This course focusses on improving outcomes for people experiencing suicidal crisis by emphasising human connection, lived experience, and supportive relationships. It offers a shared language, practical resources, and actionable ways to build connection and take action together. As part of a national programme, it aims to strengthen both local and national efforts to reduce deaths by suicide across Scotland.

Workplace Stress Awareness Training
This course supports staff in recognising when stress may be building, in themselves, among colleagues, or across the wider workplace. It encourages reflection on the factors that contribute to stress and offers practical strategies to help reduce it, fostering a healthier, more supportive working environment.

Mental Health Improvement – A Practical Approach
This course offers practical guidance for anyone looking to support their own mental health and the wellbeing of those around them. It provides simple, actionable tips for maintaining good mental health in both everyday life and workplace settings, helping to build a more understanding and resilient work culture.
The course includes all the content from the Stress Awareness course, so there’s no need to attend both.

Introduction to Mindfulness
This course is designed to raise awareness of mindfulness and how it can support mental health at work. It introduces simple techniques to help staff manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience, contributing to a calmer, more supportive working environment.

Menopause in the Workplace
This course aims to raise awareness of the menopause, including common symptoms and the wider issues some individuals may experience. It also explores how the menopause can affect employees at work, helping to build understanding and support across teams and organisations.

Hand Hygiene
This course raises awareness of how and where germs are most commonly spread in the workplace. It provides practical guidance on effective handwashing techniques and includes the opportunity to test your method using our interactive light box kit, helping staff build confidence in everyday hygiene practices.

Healthy Eating, Active Living
This course offers a brief introduction to national guidelines on healthy eating and physical activity. Participants will explore practical ways to support others in making positive lifestyle choices and develop a personal action plan to encourage healthier habits at work and beyond.

Tobacco and Vaping Information Session
