We’re pleased to welcome Professor Gordon James, who joined NHS Ayrshire & Arran on 1 August 2025 as Interim Chief Executive and Accountable Officer.
Gordon brings over 20 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. His previous role was Chief Executive of NHS Golden Jubilee. Gordon also held leadership roles as NHS Scotland Deputy Chief Operating Officer and within NHS National Services Scotland, NHS Tayside and the private sector.
