Councillor David ONeill
Councillor David O'Neill has been a local councillor for 30
years and is currently in his third term as Leader of North
Ayrshire Council.
Prior to local government re-organisation in 1996, Councillor
O'Neill was a member of Cunninghame District Council, where he
chaired the Economic Development and Environmental Health
committees. Councillor O'Neill has been a Member of Ayrshire and
Arran NHS Board since 2001.
