NHS Ayrshire & Arran takes all patients’ feedback, comments, concerns or complaints seriously.

We are concerned to hear about this patient’s experience. If anyone is unhappy with their care or treatment we would urge them to make contact with us so we can initiate an investigation as part of the complaints process.

This process ensures we can properly review any concerns and involve the individual in that process.
