Nominations for Ayrshire Achieves 2017 - nominations are now closed

Do you know someone working in the NHS who has gone the extra mile to help you? It could be someone who works in a hospital ward or behind a desk; it could be a clinician or a volunteer.

Now you have the chance to recognise the contribution of health workers and volunteers through the Ayrshire Achieves 2017 awards scheme.

Ayrshire Achieves, funded by NHS Ayrshire & Arran's Charity Fund, is a staff recognition scheme which applauds excellence and innovation, demonstrates continuous improvement in the quality of care and celebrates exceptional achievements during the year.

There are nine award categories:

  • Building relationships
  • Caring for people - incorporating the Isabella Kimmett Compassionate Care Award
  • Caring for our staff
  • Light bulb moments - creativity and innovation
  • Behind the scenes
  • Leading by example
  • Rising star
  • Volunteer of the year
  • Team of the year
