How much weight should I lose?

If your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 25 or more, making realistic changes to both your eating and physical activity habits will help you work towards a healthier body weight. The best way to lose weight and to keep it off, is to make long-term changes that become a part of your daily routine.

What's available if I need more support?

Some people know what changes they want to make immediately, while others feel they need more support to get through the times when it's difficult to stay on track, get and stay motivated and keep their commitment to losing weight.
